Description

Established in 1995, Paper City Brewery makes fine microbrews ranging from the English-style Holyoke Dam Ale to the Ireland Parish Golden Ale, to the potent Winter Palace Wee Heavy. Visitors to the brewery can take a free tour, which explains Paper City's grain-milling, mashing, boiling, and yeast fermentation process. The brewery occupies an old manufacturing warehouse in the heart of town, a few blocks south of Heritage Park.
