Sloan Park provides recreation for the entire family with three miles of trails, a playground, five picnic shelters and ball fields. The park also contains the 1823 Kerr Mill, a former flour mill which houses a museum on Early Americana, and the Alice Stanback Monument Forest, ten acres of maintained gardens that overlook the valley. The 93-acre park is located ten miles west of Salisbury, close to Highway 150.
