Description

Art in General, founded in 1981, strives to nurture, foster, and exhibit the works of unconventional artists, as well as creating a community setting where artists can come to discuss their work. Since its founding, some 4,000 artists have displayed paintings, sculptures, drawings, photography, and much more in the gallery. The gallery is located north of Columbus Park, near the Canal Street subway entrance.
