Description

The Blank Park Zoo features 1,484 animals that constitute 104 different animals from all over the world. Visitors to the zoo, Iowa's only accredited facility, will be delighted by the playful nature of the reticulated giraffes, amazed by the rare beauty of the snow leopard, and wowed by the savagery of the African Lions. The zoo is located in the Fort Des Moines area of the city, near the Ah Blank Golf Course.
