Description

Built over the course of three years, between 1866 and 1869, Terrace Hill is a breathtaking Second Empire structure; its prominent feature is a 90-foot-high tower. Uniquely still in use as a home, the third floor of the mansion serves as the state governor's residence and other rooms within the building are used as offices and guest rooms.
