Founded in 1881, the world renowned Boston Symphony Orchestra has a rich history of classical concerts, recordings, and outreach programs, including its famous summer performance series at the Tanglewood Music Center. BSO's headquarters lie in the heart of the city, just east of Bay Back Fens. Notable recordings by the group include a 1988 live broadcast of a concert tribute to Leonard Bernstein, which won an emmy for PBS.

I am basically only including Symphony Hall because it played host to a truly legendary Boston fight . Who knows if such carnage will ever be replicated, but if you end up there at least you’ll see a nice performance at one of the most acoustically sound buildings on earth.
