Los Angeles is NOTORIOUS for horrible traffic, and rightly so. Freeway and street traffic will sometimes drive you (no pun intended,) so insane you will be willing to sacrifice your first born child just to be able to step on the gas. So here are some ...

I don't know who came up with the terminology "Hot Mess" -- but I think it's great. It can describe anything from how Britney Spears looked when she was barefoot in that gas station to what kind of viscous fluid Amy Winehouse leaves behind when she bl...

Now that we're safely into the 21st century, we can finally look back and carefully choose The Trial of the Century, a title given to at least 10 different cases from 1900-2000. We could do that, or we (meaning me) could just go ahead and write about ...

It's that time of year again. Pack up way too much crap in a suitcase that's too big (and that now you get to pay and extra $15 just to get on the plane). Schlep across a few time zones to spend the holiday with family. But some of us aren't so luck...

LAX is admittedly not the most fun airport. But more often than not, it’s fairly efficient and painless. It’s also a great place to spot celebrities, so keep your eyes peeled.

Los Angeles is way overpopulated (the traffic and ridiculous property values are a testament to that,) and as a result there are long lines for anything worth waiting for and in some cases some things that are definitely NOT worth waiting for). That be...

I don’t mean to be a hater or anything, but LAX might just be one of the world’s worst airports. The lines are horrendous and the design is INCREDIBLY flawed— not to mention it seems like they’ve been doing construction here since 1996. I shudder at the thought of having to come here— even if it’s just to pick someone up!

I’ve already talked about how much I hate LAX on Guidespot, and part of the reason (in addition to its sheer ugliness) is the terrible traffic that surrounds it. The 405 is pretty bad around the Los Angeles area, but it gets REALLY bad the closer you get to LAX.
